Earlier this week, Danielle was forced to hit back after a troll criticised her appearance and called her ‘fat.’

Danielle shared the post in which the troll has commented on one of her recent photoshoots and written: ‘Look a bit fat, you preggers again?’

The TOWIE star then wrote: ‘You would actually set up a fake account and just TROLL. What is wrong with some people in this world?’

Danielle then shared a video in which she further recorded her thoughts.

She said: ‘It literally makes my blood boil when I see… and to be fair, I actually don’t get it much… so many people send me lovely messages.

‘But it angers me so much that there are these sad people out there that set up these fake accounts and think I am just going to tell that girl, whose just had a baby…

‘Can you imagine, my hormones are still all over the place, yeah, I’ve not lost all my baby weight, of course I haven’t, it was three weeks ago…

‘And they just think they can say things like that. “You still look pregnant”. What is wrong with some people?’

She continued: ‘It just makes me feel so sad for them, that’s that what they spend their time doing.’

Danielle has spoken candidly about her journey to motherhood with new! magazine, as she detailed how it felt giving birth in lockdown, her traumatic birth, and the unusual inspiration behind her newborn’s name.

The television personality was first quick to clear up any confusion surrounding her daughter’s moniker, revealing that she doesn’t have a double barrelled first name, and that Mae – aptly named as May was the month of her birth – is her middle name.

Danielle went on to reveal that Orla was inspired by Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan.

She explained: ‘My mum loves Strictly and I just remember seeing this beautiful blonde dancer and when they said her name was Ola Jordan, I thought her name was Orla.

‘I said, “That’s exactly the name I want to call my little girl.” This was seven years ago! The Mae part came from her being born in May.’

Danielle went on to discuss her traumatic birth, after she had to be induced in hospital after going ten days overdue, and went on to spend 72 hours in labour.

Due to the hospital restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic, Danielle had to spend most of her time in labour without partner Tom at her side.

The reality star also had to abandon her hypnobirthing and water birth plan after having an epidural, with the star eventually giving birth after 14 hours in active labour.

After the traumatic birth, Orla was rushed to an incubator, with Danielle alone and scared for an hour and a half.

She recalled: ‘I saw Tom’s face, and he got quite emotional, that I knew something was wrong. That’s when I panicked and I was sick with worry.

‘An hour and a half felt like seven hours. It was horrible.’

Thankfully, she was later reunited with Orla, who showed no cause for concern, and weighed a healthy 8lb 11oz.
