Katie Holmes runs errands in style as she carries bag of groceries

Katie Holmes has been returning to normalcy after several months of laying low during the pandemic.

But one thing that hasn’t changed is her sense of style.

The actress, 41, looked fabulous while running errands in New York City on Tuesday, wearing an outfit with a hint of seventies inspiration.  

Katie grabbed groceries wearing a flowing striped blouse and extra loose jeans that cinched into her svelte waist.

She shielded her brown eyes with a pair of slanted shades, while adorning herself with an array of delicate gold jewelry.    

The former Dawson’s Creek actress slicked her brunette tresses across her head, as the rest fell freely on either side of her shoulders.   

She carried her belongings inside a leather purse, whilst strolling through the concrete jungle wearing a comfortable pair of flats.

Taking precautions against the coronavirus, Katie also was armed with a blue face mask.  

Katie has been making more frequent outings in the Big Apple these last few days, several months after she was last seen publicly on March 27. 

The actress was seen on that day leaving her NYC home with her daughter Suri Cruise, their dogs, and luggage in tow.

A lot has happened since then, including Suri’s 14th birthday, which the teen celebrated in lockdown.

The former Dawson’s Creek star shared a sweet snap of Suri wearing a flower crown to mark her special day.

Suri, who is the daughter of Katie and ex husband Tom Cruise, wore a headband made of ribbons and roses as she sat at their dining room table.

At the table sat a pink box, which may have held her birthday cake; Katie captioned it: ‘Birthday vibes,’ adding several pink heart emojis.
