Courteney Cox looks fresh-faced as Friends co-star Lisa Kudrow wishes her a happy 56th birthday

Lisa Kudrow sent love to Friends co-star and longtime pal Courteney Cox to celebrate her 56th birthday on Monday.

The actress behind Phoebe Buffay marked the occasion by sharing a collection of happy snapshots of the actresses cuddling up with Courteney’s two pooches.

‘Happy birthday @courteneycoxofficial,’ Lisa, also 56, wrote, calling her ‘my genius generous gorgeous grounded great good FRIEND’ and signing off with an ‘I love you.’

Lisa and Courteney looked like the best of friends as they snuggled close and played around with the Cougar Town star’s pooches in the photos.  

Both ladies rocked comfy cool styles, with Kudrow clad in a long cardigan and cat-eyed glasses and Cox donning a smart polka dot shirt tucked into jeans.

It was hard to believe the birthday girl was in her mid-50s, as she showed off a smooth, glowing complexion in the shots.

While today was about Courtney, yesterday the mother-of-one was celebrating her daughter Coco’s sweet 16.

‘Happy sweet 16th cocolo. You’re my little quirk of the universe. I love you ♥️♥️♥️,’ she captioned a video montage of her pride and joy.

Cox and Kudrow’s beloved NBC sitcom Friends began streaming on HBO Max late last month.

But fans will have to wait for the previously announced Friends reunion. 

Back in March, production on the highly anticipated reunion was postponed due to COVID-19.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the unscripted special was supposed to begin filming in late March ‘on the show’s iconic and former home at Stage 24 of the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank.’ 

Once filming is able to resume, the special will reunite all six original cast members: Courteney, Lisa, Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.

Friends came to a close in May of 2004 after 10 seasons on NBC.
