Ciara and Viola Davis were among a group of celebrities taking to social media on Sunday to celebrate Obama day, in response to President Donald Trump‘s 74th birthday.

‘Happy Obama Day! #ObamaAppreciationDay,’ Davis, a 54-year-old Oscar-winner for Fences, tweeted with a picture of the 44th U.S. commander-in-chief.

Ciara shared a shot of herself and husband in the Oval Office greeting the former president, writing: ‘Thank you. #ObamaDay.’

Acclaimed filmmaker Ava DuVernay shared a clip of a screening of her film Selma (apparently at the White House), comparing Obama to Trump in her accompanying comment.

‘Joining #ObamaAppreciationDay,’ she said. ‘I won’t say which SELMA cast member took this totally contraband footage. But now seems like a good day to share for the first time as we salute the civility and intelligence that once was a mainstay in the White House.’
