Australia actor Luke Cook is expecting his first child with wife Kara Wilson.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star and his pregnant stylist partner unveiled the special news to their Instagram followers on Sunday.

Posing together for a beautiful bump reveal in Sydney, the pair both shared how excited they were to be having a baby boy.

The loved-up couple are believed to have flown back to Sydney, Australia from Los Angeles amid the coronavirus pandemic.

‘We’re going to have a little baby! A little baby boy. And we’re very excited and a little bit scared but mostly very excited!!’ the expectant father, 33, wrote in a lengthy post.

Kara, who caressed her bump in the photos, said: ‘My beautiful Son. Growing you has been nothing short of a dream. carrying you is something I’ve pictured myself doing for what feels like my whole life so to be able to feel you now is a miracle that brings tears to my eyes.’

‘To my beautiful husband, thank you for making me a mum and for being so excited to start this journey with me. I can’t wait to watch you be a father to our little boy,’ Kara said, hinting the pair may have wed since news of the engagement in late 2019.

‘I think we both felt a bit scared about what kind of big mean pandemic ridden world we were bringing a child into,’ Luke confessed.

‘But… despite all the c**p, all the nonsense, all the mean people… life is good. So damn right we’re bringing a baby into this world!’]

Kara also said: ‘The world you’re coming in to is far from perfect and sometimes it’s scary, challenging and awful but a lot of the time it’s so good you want to cry.’

‘There is so much beauty that awaits you and I can’t wait to watch you experience it all. I’ll forever be grateful that you chose us to be mum and dad.’

The actor also said the pair found out Kara was pregnant while in Los Angeles, and according to a post on Kara’s Instagram page they have been in Sydney since global COVID-19 lockdowns began almost three months ago.  

Luke moved from Australia to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career several years ago, and recently saw a spike in popularity by fans after joining Netflix’s CAOS.

The pair announced their engagement on Christmas Eve in 2019, but a wedding was never reported.
