New pictures show just how lavish Ariana Grande’s recently-acquired Hollywood Hills home really is.
The $13.7 million property affords the 26-year-old pop princess panoramic views of Los Angeles from its luxurious infinity pool on the balcony.
It also boasts a wellness room, a 300 bottle wine cellar and a fitness studio.

The contemporary home was designed by LA-based firm iDGroup.
Tucked into the hillside, the three-level home boasts canyon-to-ocean views in every room, an infinity pool, and a cedar-lined wellness room, according to the Los Angeles Times, which reported news of the purchase.
The beautiful property is located in the star-studded Bird Streets neighborhood, an area in the hills home to many celebrities.

Ariana’s new home is quite spacious, with four bedrooms, an office, and seven bathrooms spanning the more than 10,000 square foot home.
Hardwood floors and 16-foot-high ceilings add plenty of space and yet another modern element to the sophisticated, hillside home.
Also boasting a 300 bottle wine cellar, fitness studio, balconies, and bar, the home is the perfect place for Ariana to self-isolate in.
Ariana obtained the home in an off-market deal for millions less than it was once advertised for.

The house was put on the market for $25.5 million in 2018, and more recently was priced at $17.495 million, reports the LA Times.
Aside from the new home, Ariana has been remaining active during quarantine.
The singer has recently released her new collaboration with Lady Gaga, Rain On Me, which reached the second spot on Apple iTunes Global Top 100 last month.
Previous abode: Back in April, Grande shared an image of the view from her previous Beverly Hills rental property
She also is reportedly self-isolating with her new boyfriend, realtor Dalton Gomez, whom she has been dating since January.
The singer sparked speculation she was hunkering down with him after a slew of Instagram snaps appeared to show Dalton.
Speaking of the people Ariana is in quarantine with, a source previously told People: ‘One of the people she is with right now is Dalton — they have been hanging out for a couple of months. Ariana doesn’t want to do another public relationship so she is trying to keep this one quiet, but she seems very happy with Dalton.’
