Aaron Carter’s former fiancée Melanie Martin has suffered a miscarriage.
The Candy singer, 32, announced his ex had lost the couple’s first child ‘due to stress conditions’ as he confirmed they had rekindled their romance.
Speaking during a YouTube livestream on Monday, Aaron explained the pair decided to get back together after going through the miscarriage.

He said: ‘She suffered a miscarriage due to stress conditions and anything I said about you I’m sorry, and I love you. I didn’t mean it. I was just mad at you.’
The couple shared a few smooches on camera before admitting that their relationship originally came to an end due to ‘negative influences’ and missteps on Melanie’s part.
‘I have a different phone now and I am praying that no other problems happen. I feel like everyone has problems in their relationship,’ explained Martin.
Martin admitted that she gave Carter access to her ‘location settings’ so that he would know that she was not lying about her whereabouts.
Aaron made sure to interject and remind Melanie that there were some things she ‘did wrong’ but that ‘everyone deserves a second chance.’

Aaron also said that he was ‘not willing to give up on’ Melanie just because they had ‘disagreements’ and she had crossed his boundaries in the past.
During the stream, many commenters brought up the woman Carter had began a relationship with in May, Viktoria Alexeva, were curious to know what had happened between the two of them.
He repeatedly he ‘did not care’ about what Viktoria was up to and revealed that he had been blocked by her on Instagram.
Speaking about the relationship, he said: ‘I moved on fast, it was a rebound situation. Viktoria knew I was freshly out of a relationship with a woman that was pregnant with our child. I never stopped loving Mel.’
He also claimed to be receiving ‘foul’ messages from Viktoria throughout the live stream.

Aaron had debuted his surprise romance with now ex girlfriend Viktoria on his Instagram Stories in May.

‘A hero is one who heals their own wounds and then shows others how to do the same,’ wrote Carter on another photo of himself and Alexeva.
Aaron’s relationship with Viktoria came mere weeks after he had called off his engagement to Melanie.

Melanie seemed distressed over the break-up, causing some fans to worry about the influencer’s well-being.

They had broken up less than a week after announcing they were expecting their first child together.
Their baby news came just a month after Melanie was arrested for domestic assault after an incident with Aaron at his Lancaster home.

Things between Aaron and Melanie got physical on March 29 around 11 pm, prompting a visit from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Marks on Aaron’s arms – which he also shared images of online – appeared to have been inflicted by Melanie, so she was taken into custody.
Social media personality Melanie was held in custody for a number of days on a $50,000 bail, according to TMZ.
Aaron even got a face tattoo with Melanie’s name on it while they were together – something which he now regrets.
He also hinted he wasn’t completely sure if he was the father of the unborn child now.
The 32-year-old singer during an interview with Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn said: ‘That says ”mistake”, that’s not Melanie.’

He claimed that Melanie failed to communicate and ‘wasn’t organic’ while also accusing her of ‘doing things behind my back she shouldn’t have been doing, making promises she couldn’t keep.’
‘I’m going to make a great father regardless of the situation,’ Aaron added.
He was then asked if he was excited about fatherhood.
‘Yah of course. …If that’s the actual situation. We’ll see,’ he replied.
When asked if he was worried about the baby’s paternity, Aaron said, ‘What do you think? Well, that answer should give you an inkling.’
