The Bachelorette‘s Carlin Sterritt may have denied swirling rumours he’s split from Angie Kent.
But KIIS FM‘s Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson simply aren’t convinced.
On Tuesday’s radio show, the shock-jocks attempted to get to the bottom of the breakup rumours by calling Angie on-air.

However, when she failed to answer the phone Kyle decided to mock Angie by leaving a tongue-in-cheek voicemail message.
Putting on a female voice, Kyle purred: ‘Hey babe it’s Jackie O calling. I’m sorry to hear about what happened and um yeah, so welcome to the singles club.’
‘Life sucks, especially in lockdown, babe,’ Kyle continued as Jackie giggled in the background.
Jackie, who has remained single since splitting from husband Lee in 2018, quickly interjected: ‘Angie, it’s Jackie! I have no part in this message. I told him not to call you. Just for the record, it’s Kyle putting on this voice!’
Never one to back down from an on-air gag, Kyle continued to impersonate his co-host by joking that Jackie’s voice was actually that of his ‘conjoined twin’.
‘Sorry that’s my conjoined twin Jackie, the other one that I usually carry around underneath my furry jacket,’ Kyle interrupted.

Earlier on Tuesday, Carlin’s manager told Kyle and Jackie O that the breakup rumours are simply ‘untrue’, and the couple are indeed following each other on Instagram again ‘for all to check on’ after they unfollowed each other last week.
‘Carlin as recently as Thursday has publicly denied the rumours, they are untrue,’ his manager told KIIS FM.

She also blamed the activity on a ‘glitch in the system.’
The pair were rumoured to have quietly parted ways several weeks ago, after their supporters noticed they were seemingly living separate lives.
She wrote on the BachieFunny Instagram fan account on Sunday: ‘Leave it. If you don’t know, you don’t know,’ she added.

Interestingly, Angie did not deny that they had split up. Instead of clarifying the status of their relationship, she told people it was ‘none of their business’.
‘Everyone got their happy ending when the show was on,’ she wrote.
‘Now it’s no one’s business. It’s my real life. So best people stay out of it unless they know for real what someone is going through.’

Despite her explanation, it’s possible that the pair simply re-followed each other in response to Daily Mail Australia’s article on Sunday.
It is also worth noting that the ‘Instagram glitch’ Angie apparently suffered did not cause her to unfollow any of the other 1,935 people she’s connected to on the app.
Instead, the ‘glitch’ simply unfollowed her boyfriend.
