And on Monday, Sonia Kruger, 54, proved she is just as youthful as she was in her 20s and 30s as she played host of the newly rebooted Big Brother series.
The popular TV host sent social media into a frenzy with her age-defying looks and figure.

The beauty wore a light purple mini dress that showed off her super slender figure and toned legs.
She flaunted her line-free visage by wearing her blonde locks swept up in a high bun.
‘Sooo Sonia Kruger never ages! She looks great,’ one fan wrote on Twitter.
‘Sonia looking like a snack,’ a second gushed along with a heart-eye emoji, while a third commented she was ‘bloody flawless as usual’.

Sonia started her own health and fitness website, Strictly You, where she reveals the secrets behind her incredible figure, last year.
The mother-of-one shares a range of dances, workouts, recipes and fitness plans on the website.
It’s believed Sonia was offered ‘more than $1million a year’ to jump ship to Seven from Channel Nine.

Previously speaking to KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show last week, Sonia said that rules viewers are most familiar with from the Big Brother of old have been completely thrown out for the new season.
Public voting has been axed, she said, and housemates will now vote each other out.
In the past, housemates were banned from discussing evictions and voting, but Sonia said they are now encouraged to discuss game plans and strategic alliances – much like Survivor.
