Musical artists Saweetie and Quavo are enjoying their romance in summer’s early days.

The My Type vocalist, 26, and the Migos rapper, 29, will celebrate their two-year anniversary as a couple this fall after initially coming together in September of 2018, and Sawtee says the COVID-19 lockdown hasn’t presented any problems in the burgeoning relationship.

‘Before quarantine we spent a lot of time with each other, so it’s not really that different,’ the rap beauty, whose full name is Diamonte Harper, told US Saturday.

The Icy Girl artist said that both have been focusing on building their careers amid the tough time, which has seen Americans hunker indoors to quell the spread of the novel coronavirus.

‘Fortunately for us, we’re both workaholics,’ she said, ‘so because he’s focused on the third Migos album and I’m focused on my next project, it’s kind of like business as usual.

The star, who is raising money for Black Lives Matter with her line At Home With Saweetie, said she and the rap star ‘kind of just brought our work home’ to deal with amid the unprecedented time frame that has a record number of people working from home.

Despite the close proximity, Saweetie said she doesn’t try to solicit opinions on her work from her hitmaker beau.

‘I normally like to keep things in-house only because I like surprising everybody,’ she told the magazine. ‘It’s not that I wouldn’t want advice from him because he does give advice when I need it, but I’m such a hermit crab when it comes to my music.’

She said she likes to make her work the best it can be before letting anyone hear it.

‘I like to perfect everything and then show everybody what I’ve been working on,’ she said.
