Disney’s ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ is now available to watch on Disney Plus in the UK.
The hotly anticipated sequel, which joins its 2014 live action predecessor ‘Maleficent’ on the platform, stars Angelina Jolie, Michelle Pfeiffer and Elle Fanning, and is directed by Joachim Rønning.
With a story by Linda Woolverton and a screenplay by Linda Woolverton and Noah Harpster & Micah Fitzerman-Blue, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil sees the return of one of Disney’s most notorious villains.

The fantasy adventure, which picks up several years after ‘Maleficent,’ continues to explore the complex relationship between the horned fairy and the soon to be Queen as they form new alliances and face new adversaries in their struggle to protect the moors and the magical creatures that reside within.
Maleficent and her goddaughter Aurora begin to question the tangled ties that bind them as they are pulled in different directions by impending nuptials, unexpected allies and new forces at play.
The film is produced by Joe Roth, Angelina Jolie and Duncan Henderson with Matt Smith, Jeff Kirschenbaum and Mike Vieira serving as executive producers.
