Helen displayed her enviable physique in the underwear and she posed with a white rose in hand.

She went makeup free and swept her brunette tresses into a towel for a relaxed and natural appearance.

Alongside the photos, Helen penned: ‘I’ve decided to stop editing my pictures to be a better role model to my daughters. Beautiful lingerie set @pourmoiltd.

‘I’ve been lucky enough to carry two healthy babies and nurse them both for nearly two years. My skin on my stomach has changed, my boobs massively have (no creepy comments from any creepy men here this is a post about body confidence for other women, I will just delete and block).

‘The change in my boobs definitely has made me feel less confident in myself but I wouldn’t change a thing.

‘I have cellulite, I don’t have a big bum I have edited it in the past as it’s something I am self conscious of. I’d look at other women on Instagram and put myself down for not looking like that’

She ended her post: ‘Me and Matilda were dancing around here. I want to teach her to love and feel confident in her own skin and that beauty is in the inside and doing that by example x This set is from the @pourmoiltd Charity Edit with 100% of the profits from sales going to 4 amazing charities. Swipe up is on story and a video of body confidence realness.’

One sweet photo showed Helen hug her adorable daughter while flashing a radiant smile.

Another candid pic showed Matilda hold up a rose to her mum’s face while she proudly displayed her gorgeous physique.

The actress recently admitted the brutal death of 46-year old black man George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25th had left her angry and confused, not least because her children are of mixed ethnicity.

Sharing a throwback shot of Matilda, she wrote: ‘I’ve been thinking about what the right thing is to say with everything that’s been going on in the news recently.

‘As a mother to mixed raced/black children it is scary and it makes me feel really so very angry. Anger so deep.’

She added: ‘I am so very protective as a mother is. I don’t understand racism I have family and friends I love of all different races and religions.’
