Colin Farrell works up a sweat during a dog walk with son Henry in Los Angeles

Colin Farrell has been quarantining at his home in Los Angeles ever since production of his latest film, The Batman, was shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Trying to stay fit over these last few months, the Irish actor has been spotted while out on walks and runs.

And on Saturday Farrell decided to spend some quality time with his son Henry, during a stroll with their pet pooch.

The 44-year-old built up a sweat dressed in a gray t-shirt, which he wore with the sleeves rolled up and black shorts.

He rounded out his sporty look with a bandana wrapped around his head, a black face mask and sneakers.

In accordance to current policy in Los Angeles, Henry, 10, also donned a black protective mask, along with blue shorts and a gray t-shirt and sneakers.

Following the lead of his papa, their adorable dog also donned a bandana for the walk on what turned out to be another warm and sunny Southern California day.

Farrell shares his son Henry with Polish actress Alicja Bachleda-Curuś. Their relationship reportedly ended in the mid-2010.

He also has a 16-year-old son James from his relationship with American model Kim Bordenave.     

Before the coronavirus lockdown began, Farrell was in London for his role in the highly-anticipated The Batman.

Principal photography began in January but the production was shutdown In March around the time the outbreak was deemed a pandemic.

When filming eventually picks back up, he be playing the villainous Penguin, alongside Robert Pattinson who stars as the titular caped crusader. 

The stellar cast also includes Zoë Kravitz, Jeffrey Wright, Paul Dano, John Turturro,  Peter Sarsgaard, Jayme Lawson and Andy Serkis, among others.
