And as she fronts Berocca’s 28 Day Challenge, the 31-year-old told Daily Mail Australia that the coronavirus pandemic meant their wedding had to be postponed.

‘It was a really tough period – stressful and exhausting trying to organise something when things are so uncertain,’ Erin continued.

‘We are happy, healthy and probably lucky that there’s still a wedding to look forward to.’

Erin and Ben, 33, were in Pakistan the month leading up to nationwide lockdowns, and were lucky to return to Australia before hotel quarantine was enforced.

The couple who have been in a long-distance relationship spent 14 days of self-isolation at Ben’s home base in Brisbane.

‘We are going on two and a half months of living together and following the social isolation rules,’ Erin said. ‘It’s the longest amount of time we have ever spent together in one hit!’

As the nation slowly eases coronavirus restrictions, Erin has taken part in Berocca’s 28 Day Challenge to help fight ‘iso-exhaustion’.
