Paul Knightley unveiled his staggering weight loss transformation after overhauling his lifestyle during lockdown.
The boyfriend of Mummy Diaries star Sam Faiers, 31, took to Instagram on Friday to share the shirtless before and after snaps, showcasing his ripped physique.
Paul has clearly put his extra time spent at home to good use as he told followers he achieved his new six pack in just ‘eight weeks.’

Paul, who is currently isolating alongside girlfriend Sam Faiers, 29, and their two children Paul Jr, four, and Rosie, two, in their Surrey home, penned: ‘Today is exactly 8 weeks when I started my fitness journey with @kc_life_change_fitnesspt.
‘Hard work and dedication has paid off. I couldn’t have done it without my girl for prepping all my meals & encouragement.
‘This is just the start and not my end goal yet.’

In the before picture Paul, wore only a pair of white Calvin Klein briefs as he posed with a full beard and his arms by his side.
The second chiseled picture showed a more confident Paul embrace his new physique with his hands clenched in fists to show his toned arms.
He sported a cleaner shaven beard and donned grey workout shorts.

The star attracted plenty of praise in the comment section from fans amazed by his transformation.
Sam wrote: ‘So proud !! What a transformation’, while Sam’s sister Billie typed: ‘Amazing well done’.

The family are currently renting a lavish home in Surrey for £7,000 per month following the success of ITVBe show The Mummy Diaries which also stars Sam’s sister Billie, 30.
The whole family have embarked on the fitness challenge, with Sam also showing off her toned abs in an Instagram snap last month.

One follower asked how often the former TOWIE star was working out, to which she replied: ‘Everyday for 30 minutes. I’ve been doing them for six weeks now.’
Another follower asked Sam: ‘Do you count calories?’. To which Sam said: ‘Never, I never do strict diets either. I love my food too much. Recently I’ve just been more conscious with sweet stuff and gluten’.
Sam is careful with her diet after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in February 2014.
It is believed she first displayed symptoms during her time in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

I work out every day! One follower asked how often the former TOWIE star was working out, to which she replied: ‘Everyday for 30 minutes. I’ve been doing them for six weeks now.’e
During her stay in the house she was admitted to hospital twice for tests, which continued into February once she had left the house, finally achieving a diagnosis.
After moving in late March, Sam said on Instagram: ‘We moved a few days ago before the lockdown. Goodbye Hertfordshire, onto our next adventure and a new chapter in our lives …
‘We have no service, internet or Sky TV lol but we’re all good. It’s actually really refreshing to having a digital detox. As soon as we get it sorted I can’t wait to share our move with you.’
Sam moved from Essex to her previous home in Hertfordshire with Paul and their son when he was just a baby but Rosie came along soon afterwards.
