Clare excitedly posted about the cosmetic work on her Instagram stories throughout the entire procedure.

She said she was ‘excited’ about getting rid of her ‘saddle bags and side butt’ .

Clare has been on a weight loss journey since 2018, gradually shedding the pounds she put on after filming Married At First Sight back in 2016.

The former blonde, who is now a vivacious redhead, previously told New Idea that she weighed 119kg at her heaviest and was ordering three pizzas a day.

At the time, she told the publication that her resentment over her failed TV marriage to Jono Pitman was partially to blame for her weight gain.

‘I was still holding on to resentment that Jono and I were both set up to fail on MAFS and I finally realised that was just a waste of time. I had to let it go,’ she said.

‘I still have a curvy body with rolls, wrinkles and cellulite, but I have totally accepted this and no longer need validation from others.’

Deciding to make a change, Clare ditched fast food for a healthy diet and began to exercise regularly.

As a result of her new lifestyle, she has dropped from 119kg to 70kg.

Meanwhile, Clare was featured in a Sunday Night’s exposé of MAFS last year, in which she addressed her mental health battle as a result of the show.

She told the program: ‘I was so broken and scared, I wouldn’t go outside… I stayed in bed. I just didn’t get up and… I just… I was having panic attacks.’

Clare added that social media had a huge impact on her mental state when the show aired and she would often receive anonymous death threats.

She confessed that she twice tried to take her own life, and eventually had to seek professional help.
