‘You look really nice!’ The Voice’s Kelly Rowland likes what she sees in tradie Joshua Jake – and helps him on stage with a ‘little breathing technique’
The Voice coach Kelly Rowland liked what she saw in Joshua Jake during Monday night’s episode.
After the 24-year-old tradesman performed Ed Sheeran‘s hit Happier, the American star couldn’t help but gush over how ‘nice’ he looked.
‘Let me just help you with a little something,’ the 39-year-old said, before joining him on the stage.

Joshua got his wish when he said in a piece to camera that he would happily flirt with the female coaches – Kelly and Delta Goodrem.
As Kelly turned around in her chair, she couldn’t help but remark on how ‘nice’ he looked.
‘You look really nice,’ she told Joshua with a sheepish grin, to which he responded: ‘You too.’

‘I just wanted to focus on how nice this gentleman looked,’ Kelly added, to which Joshua said: ‘Thank you, back at you, back at you.’
Keen to impart some of her industry knowledge, the Destiny’s Child star walked up on stage to help Joshua with a breathing technique.
Kelly placed one manicured hand on his chest, reminding him to not forget to breathe when singing.

Despite the friendly exchange, Joshua failed to progress in the competition with none of the four coaches pressing down on their buzzers.
