The WAG, 34, sent fans wild with the shot, as many noted the remarkable similarities between her young self and her seven-year-old son Klay.

She was beaming in the snap as she posed alongside Kai, 10, Klay, Kit, three, and Cass, two, as they got some fresh air near their Cheshire home.
It comes after Coleen and Wayne pulled out all the stops as they celebrated Klay’s seventh birthday at their home on Thursday.
Coleen shared a snap of Klay surrounded by a huge pile of presents as she wished ‘our boy with a big, big heart’ many happy returns.

While his dad is a football legend, Klay’s passions appear to lie in other sports as he was dressed in a brand new kit from top basketball team the Los Angeles Lakers for his birthday.
