Peter Weber’s mom Barbara thinks his new girlfriend Kelley Flanagan ‘rocks’

Bachelor Nation star Peter Weber’s mother Barbara is infamously opinionated when it comes to the women who enter her son’s romantic life. 

But the 62-year-old has made it clear that she is a big fan of Weber’s new girlfriend Kelley Flanagan.

‘Girls rock,’ wrote Barbara on an Instagram post she posted Sunday that featured a photo of herself and the 28-year-old hugging.

The post also included a picture of her embracing her youngest son Jack’s girlfriend Kristine Bruun-Andersen. 

When Kelley caught wind of Barbara’s Instagram post, she immediately took to the comment section.

‘love this,’ wrote Flanagan, who originally competed for Peter’s heart on season 24 of The Bachelor, which aired on ABC in January.

This not the first time that Barbara has expressed her support for Peter and Kelley’s burgeoning relationship.

Last Monday, she crafted an edit for her Instagram page, which featured pictures of both of her sons embracing their gorgeous gals.

‘Happiness Is…,’ wrote Barbara, followed by a string of bright red heart emojis. 

On May 1, Barbara showed off her photoshop skills by creating a photo collage that included various photos of Peter and Kelley.

Kelley was, unfortunately, eliminated by Peter in week seven and he went on to endure a brief engagement to final rose recipient Hannah Ann Sluss, 24. 

After he shockingly called off his engagement with Sluss, Peter attempted to rekindle his romance with runner-up Madison Prewett, 24. 

Us Weekly reported back in April that Peter and Kelley had taken their relationship to the next level.

The couple then confirmed their relationship for themselves via Instagram on May 2. 

‘You caught me. Let the adventure begin,’ captioned Weber on a photo of himself and Kelly sharing a kiss on a plane. 

In a Cameo video for a fan published on May 19, Peter briefly spoke on his budding romance with Kelley and his hopes for their future.   

‘We’ll see what the future holds for Kelley and I, but I think it’s a beautiful story, definitely a beautiful love story of what’s yours is yours and it will always come back to you, no matter what,’ gushed the pilot.

That’s kind of always been our relationship. We’ve kept coming back in each other’s lives. So the way I look at it, [it’s] definitely an unorthodox way [of finding love] but [it] definitely worked in the end,’ concluded Peter.
