Matt LeBlanc sticks with a casual black T-shirt and jeans while taking care of business

Matt LeBlanc picked a sunny Sunday to take care of errands around Los Angeles.

The 52-year-old comic actor was concerned about public safety as he wore a surgical-style mask to help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.

His outing came after news that the highly anticipated Friends reunion special had been delayed until Thanksgiving due to the pandemic.

Matt looked casual in his plain black V-neck T-shirt, which he paired with relaxed jeans.

He also wore a pair of gray suede Adidas sneakers and a black baseball cap.

Fans of Matt’s, as well as the uninitiated, will have a chance to learn what all the fuss was about when his old series Friends moves to the upcoming streaming service HBO Max.

Every episode of the sitcom will be available when the streamer debuts on May 27.

One of the service’s big selling points was the inclusion of an unscripted Friends reunion special that would featured the original cast, including Matt’s costars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.

However, the reunion had to be pushed back once coronavirus lockdowns went into effect, though WarnerMedia Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt has stated that the reunion could be filmed remotely from the actors’ homes.

Friends executive producer and director Kevin Bright disagreed when he appeared on Maria Menounos’ talk show Better Together earlier this month.

‘We’ve waited this long,’ he said, while advocating for an in-person special.

‘We feel the reunion needs to be done in front of an audience; we can’t not share it after all this time,’ he explained, before revealing that the show is now tentatively scheduled to be completed by Thanksgiving in November.

Matt rose to fame during Friends’ 10-year run from 1994–2004 as the buffoonish ladies man Joey Tribbiani.

The role earned him three Emmy nominations and made him a household name, and he would continue playing the character for two more seasons on the LA-set spin-off Joey.

Afterward, he starred on the British–American comedy series Episodes from 2011–2017 as a fictionalized version of himself, which earned him a Golden Globe award.

He’s currently appearing in the fourth season of Man With A Plan, though the series will end after airing its final episodes in June after CBS canceled it this month.
