Revealing her due date is Monday, Sarah posted a photo of herself sitting alongside Aston and their son Grayson, two, wearing matching Arsenal shirts.
With their backs to the cameras, the shirts revealed the trio’s birth dates, with Sarah explaining in the caption that she was hoping their new baby would share a ‘3’ in their date of birth to match theirs.
