‘I am not cooking tonight’: Amanda Holden jokes her family will have to fend for themselves as she has a ‘ladies’ night’ for fundraising event

Amanda Holden has joked her family are going to have to fend for themselves when it comes to making dinner as she is having a ladies’ night.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 49, took to TikTok and shared a clip of herself miming to a woman informing her family she would not be cooking for them.   

The radio presenter, who is self-isolating with husband Chris Hughes and their daughters Alexa, 14, and Hollie, 8, told how she would be taking part in a quiz fundraiser for the NHS.

In the light-hearted clip, Amanda stands at her impressive home bar as she prepares to fix herself a cocktail. 

She then mimes: ‘Attention all members of this household, attention all members of this household. You are on your own for dinner, I am not cooking tonight. Have a blessed day.’

Amanda looked radiant as ever in the clip, wearing a silk sleeveless top with a deep V-neckline along with a gold necklace.

Letting her blonde locks fall loose down her shoulders, the TV star also sported a pair of pearl earrings. 

It comes after the Somewhere Over The Rainbow singer’s kneecap was compared to EastEnders’ Pat Butcher and President Trump by fans.

Amanda posted the clip of herself standing on her doorstep with her daughters, applauding the essential workers in the fight against coronavirus.

However, Amanda’s followers were distracted by her knee, with Gethin Jones joking it looked like a ‘face that’s smiling too’.

The former Blue Peter star was soon inundated with replies from other Instagram users who said they could see a face in Amanda’s knee.

One wrote: ‘I thought so too! Spooky’, while another added: ‘It looks like Joe Pasquale’.
