‘Hard to believe you’re older than me’: Rapper Example shares a tribute to his wife Erin McNaught on her 38th birthday
British rapper Example penned a sweet birthday tribute to his wife, Erin McNaught, on Friday.
The 37-year-old musician, whose real name is Elliot Gleave, shared a stunning photo of the model on her 38th birthday, and joked that it was ‘hard to believe’ she was a year older than him.
‘Happy 38th birthday to my best mate,’ he wrote on Instagram.

He added: ‘Hard to believe you’re 38 and older than me. I just showed this picture to my barber and she thought you were 31. Which must mean I look 30.

The former Miss Universe Australia shares two sons, Evander, five, and Ennio, two, with her husband.

The hip hop star released a track dedicated to his Australian wife earlier this month, aptly titled ‘Erin’.
‘Anyone who knows Example’s songs will know that he’s never been shy about revealing very intimate insights into his life, so you know it’s going to go pretty deep here!’ Erin teased on Instagram, ahead of the song’s release.
Not only does Erin sing on the track, but Example made the release a family affair by allowing their children to star in the music video.

The very personal video includes candid footage from inside their Brisbane home, and photos and trinkets from their life together.
‘You’ve seen the best and the worst of me, we are f**ked up perfectly,’ Example sings on the track, while Erin’s backing vocals say: ‘Loving you is so easy’.
Erin later said on Instagram: ‘Example, you are the magic secret ingredient that makes our family all that it is.’
