Rebel Wilson shows off her shrinking frame in a sports bra as she enjoys a cruise on Sydney Harbour

Rebel Wilson vowed to focus on her health and make ‘positive changes’ in 2020.

And on Wednesday, the 40-year-old Pitch Perfect star proved to be a woman of her word, as she showed off her incredible shrinking frame on Instagram.

Making the most of the beautiful sunny Sydney weather, Rebel decided to strip down for the occasion and show off her stunning new figure. 

On the water, she opted for a fuchsia coloured Nike sports bra and black leggings.

‘Trying to avoid the watch tan,’ she modestly wrote underneath the image, as she posed by the boat’s edge.

Her personal trainer, Jono Castano, was quick to praise the star, writing: ‘Looking amazing!’

At one point, Rebel was seen dancing and driving the boat. It’s unclear if she had a driver on board. She was also joined by her younger sister Annachi.

Earlier this month, the hilarious actress said that she was channelling her ‘lawyer’ side in a frock from Country Road. 

‘Some days “lawyer Rebel” comes out of her shell and this is what she looks like,’ Rebel captioned the image. 

Rebel, who is currently in her hometown of Sydney, is indeed a lawyer and graduated from UNSW with a law and arts degree back in 2009. 

Earlier this year, the Isn’t It Romantic star announced that she was going to make her health a priority. 

‘Okay so, for me 2020 is going to be called “The Year of Health”,’ the actress wrote in the caption of a post.
