‘I make this Buddha bowl at least once a week! Sometimes twice. I find myself getting excited when I know we are having it for dinner,’ she said.

It comes after the personal trainer opened up about life in isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.

The personal trainer told Channel Seven’s The Morning Show this month that she’s found the restrictions difficult because she’s usually an active person.

‘I’ve always been that person to say habits, rituals, and routines,’ she said.

‘I think now more than ever, they’re the things that we have to cling to in order to have some normality.’

‘I do find that if I get up in the morning, and I get some exercise done, it really sets me up for the day – both physically and mentally as well,’ she continued.

Despite sticking to a routine, Michelle admitted that she still has her lazy days from time to time.

Meanwhile, Michelle’s post comes amid a challenging past few months, where she received a drink driving charge and split from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.

After she was charged on January 26, Michelle released a statement claiming she was going through a ‘very difficult time’ following her split from Steve, 43.
