On Friday, Richie was seen for the first time out after her reality star beau Scott Disick, 36, abruptly exited his high-end rehab facility in Colorado two weeks ago.
Her hiking adventure came at the same time a source told E! News that the father-of-three ‘hasn’t figured out his next rehab move.’
Additionally, the outlet reported his girlfriend has ‘been with him along the way’ and is actively ‘supporting him at home.’
