But Vanessa Kirby remained busy at home as she stepped out to fill her car up with petrol in London and pick up several punnets of fresh fruit on Friday.

The Crown star, 32, put on a casually chic display as she paired a black bomber jacket with matching trousers that had a red floral print.

Vanessa complemented her ensemble by wearing a simple black T-shirt, while she stepped out in a pair of white Converse trainers.

The actress pulled her golden tresses into a messy ponytail, while she used a natural palette of make-up to accentuate her natural beauty.

Keen to get as much fruit as possible it seemed, Vanessa carried several punnets of cranberries, raspberries and watermelon in her hands.

‘Paramount were very cautious and sensible I think and pulled the production out of Venice.

‘It’s a big group of people, we were shooting carnival sequences and it was just unwise to remain so we bugged out.

Simon, who plays technical agent Benji Dunn in the series, continued: ‘I think it would be indelicate to complain about anything other than the fact that there was a lot of disruption for everyone.’

M:I7 star Tom had been due to begin filming in some of the most picturesque and popular parts of the floating city but production was put in limbo after authorities put a total lockdown in place in order to stop further spread of the deadly disease.
