Helena Christensen, 51, is summertime chic in white trousers and a seersucker blouse for NYC dog walk

Helena Christensen was summertime chic when she stepped out for a dog walk in New York City this week.

The 51-year-old ex-Victoria’s Secret Angel could be seen leading her Australian shepherd Kuma along on his leash.

She made sure to wear a mask during her sunlit outing and could be seen at one point stopping for a rest in a park with another woman.

The 1990s Supermodel buttoned on a loose-fitting seersucker blouse and slipped into a Hamptons chic pair of white trousers.

Sweeping her dark hair into a bun, she flung an olive green jacket over one forearm in case it got chilly during her outing.

Helena has a 20-year-old son called Mingus with The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus, who now has a baby with Diane Kruger.

A couple of years ago Helena, who has also broken into photography, gushed in the Guardian that she and Mingus are ‘so in love’ with Kuma,

‘Getting our dog was absolutely the best thing I have done in my life besides having my son,’ spilled the Copenhagen native.

‘Mentally, she makes me feel so much better. She sleeps in the bed with me. When I’m on trips I listen to recordings of her snoring.’

Helena revealed to the newspaper: ‘If I am feeling anxious, like at an airport, I listen to it over and over. It’s like meditation.’

Last year she dished to the Daily Mail about some of the fitness secrets that have helped her maintain her bombshell figure.

‘I think it’s important to shake it up and do as many different forms of workout as possible, but also to incorporate nature into them,’ she said.

‘Swim in the ocean, swim in rivers, swim in lakes. Hiking, trekking, chopping wood – it’s the best way of working out, because it doesn’t really feel like a workout. It feels like you’re alive,’ Helena explained.
