Along with details about the chat, Myleene said: ‘It’s so important to not feel alone.

‘Many make it look easy but when you’re not sleeping, have sore eyes, sore boobs, sore everything and you’re then tasked with looking after the most precious thing in the world, it can be terrifying.

‘I remember hearing someone say you’d think she’s the first person to have a baby. But of course it IS your first time, and that’s exactly what it feels like! You’re getting to know a whole new precious person and you don’t want to mess it up!’

‘In fact, I’m wearing the dress today that I wore nearly 7 months pregnant. I’m still breastfeeding so this dress is perfect and ‘breathable’!

‘Please don’t put pressure on yourself. There’s enough of that around atm. You made a human!!! You’re a miracle worker! Sending you love mama x [sic]’

Myleene then wrote atop the exchange in a bid to advise others: ‘In other news…be kind to yourselves mamas. x’

Myleene will be hosting WaterWipes’ first Early Days Club event on Thursday 7th May at 2pm alongside Ryan Thomas during lockdown.
