But it seems that for Ada Nicodemou, she’s eased off a little when it comes to his studies.
The 42-year-old Home and Away star appeared on The Morning Show on Wednesday and admitted that she’s ‘getting a little bit slacker’ with his school work.

Ada said she went for a walk on Wednesday morning and contemplated skipping homeschooling for the day all together.
‘I went for a walk and I thought, ”should I just say, let’s not do it today?” she said with a laugh.
‘No, we are getting a little bit slacker but he’s seven, if he misses out on a subject here or there, he’ll be fine,’ she said.

‘I do let him do a lot of it by himself as he’s pretty good on a computer and he gets to it pretty quickly and it means I can do other stuff, so we’re getting a lot better with the homeschooling,’ she said.
Ada said she will be sending Johnas back to school soon, once she returns to work and restrictions are lifted.

‘He’s ready to go back as well, he keeps asking about his friends and I think they are missing school,’ she said.
Back in March, Ada revealed the secret to keeping Johnas focused while at home.
The actress said on Instagram that she makes him wear his school uniform to stay focused.

‘Homeschooling day. Thought I’d put a school uniform on Johnas to help him get more focused,’ she captioned an Instagram post of the pair together.
Ada later shared a video to her Instagram stories showing how she is handling teaching PE class.
In the footage, Ada showed a fitness video from YouTube playing on her laptop before she panned to Johnas who was running on the spot.
‘Keep it up, keep it up, keep it up! That is great exercising,’ she is heard encouraging him off-camera.
