The moment Tim Robards told his family he is expecting his first child with Anna Heinrich

Anna Heinrich recently surprised her family with the exciting news that she was expecting her first child with husband Tim Robards.

And on Tuesday, Tim, 37, and Anna, 33, shared the heartwarming moment they announced the news to Tim’s parents pre-lockdown.

In the footage, Anna and Tim embraced his parents, and brother before telling them to look at the camera and say: ‘On the count of three say… Anna’s pregnant!’

Tim’s family all appeared to be shocked, with his mother rushing to Anna to give her a hug and congratulate her.  

‘How cute are the oldies reactions! Such happy times!’ Tim wrote underneath the footage.  

Tim’s fellow Neighbours stars were quick to comment underneath the post.

Benjamin Turland, who plays his on-screen son, commented: ‘This is adorable!’

Meanwhile, Bonnie Anderson wrote: ‘Aww I’m obsessed with this! I watched it so many times.’

Tim’s post comes after his wife shared a video to her own Instagram, revealing the news to her beloved mother and father in a similar fashion.

Anna and Tim, who got married in 2018, announced that they’re expecting their first child together on their respective Instagram accounts on Saturday.

‘It’s been so hard to keep this a secret over the past few months, but I can now finally shout… I’M PREGNANT!!!’ Anna gushed in a post.

‘With everything that’s going on in the world we feel incredibly lucky and grateful to be starting a family together, and we’re so looking forward to this next chapter in our lives.’
