Married At First Sight: Michael Goonan leaves Adelaide Airport in a $70,000 Mustang

Married At First Sight‘s Michael Goonan appeared to be in a rush as he jetted into Adelaide on Sunday for a work trip.

The company director, 29, traded in his usual private jet travel for a budget Jetstar flight from Melbourne, where he had been living with his girlfriend, KC Osborne. 

After briefly chatting on the phone in the domestic arrivals terminal, he raced out of the airport in a $70,000 Ford Mustang.

Michael, who is in Adelaide for a series of meetings and to see his two-year-old son, Connor, dressed for the boardroom in a white checkered blazer with a black shirt.

He collected three suitcases from the luggage carousel, which suggests he will be staying in the South Australian capital for the foreseeable future.

The reality TV ‘villain’ was greet by a male friend at the airport. 

He loaded his baggage into his friend’s Mustang before the pair zoomed off, presumably to Michael’s home in the city.

Michael, who runs his family’s commercial ice business, relocated to Melbourne in December to oversee the company’s Victorian office.

His son and ex-wife still live in Adelaide, which means he still visits frequently. 

Michael was regularly traveling back and forth between Adelaide and Melbourne until the COVID-19 pandemic restricted travel. 

A spokesman for the reality star said he will be following COVID-19 precautions while he’s back in South Australia for business. 

‘Michael is in Adelaide for work, and to see his son. He entered South Australia legally, and will adhere to the local legislation in place for COVID-19,’ the spokesman said in a statement to Daily Mail Australia on Monday.
