Victoria star Jenna Coleman swapped her throne for a saddle as she took her £750 new bike for a test ride last week.
The cycle was a present for her 34th birthday on Monday from boyfriend Tom Hughes, 35, who plays Prince Albert in the ITV drama.

Hughes joined Coleman for the shopping trip with the pair following social distancing rules
And the actress certainly ruled Britannia – the apt name of the model he bought from upmarket manufacturer Pashley.
Ms Coleman looked confident as she pedalled away from the store in North London to her car where her partner, whom she met on the set of Victoria, helped load the gift into the boot.

During their shopping trip − in which they were careful to observe social distancing − the couple also picked up a cycle helmet and what looked like a box of accessories.
The former Doctor Who actress – who was dressed in a £395 Rambling Roses silk dress by Shrimps with a Chanel bag over her shoulder – joins a host of well-known Pashley owners including Lily Cole, Helena Bonham Carter and Boris Johnson’s fiancee Carrie Symonds.
