The claimant insisted that the sludge has been there for more than a year and the singer has only attempted to stop the flow with sandbags.

The neighbour claimed in the suit that Calvin has previously been cited twice by the city over the mess, but his quick-fix was simply a ‘band aid’ for the problem.

Opperman alleged in her claim that Calvin has also failed to fix some fissures in his retraining walls which are directly above her property.

She has requested that a judge should force the media personality to fix the flowing water permanently and build a new retaining wall.
