Jordana Brewster reads book while walking in LA as she embraces new chapter in life after turning 40

She celebrated her 40th birthday on Sunday.

And Jordana Brewster is clearly taking the next chapter of her life in her stride.

The Fast and Furious star was seen enjoying a solo stroll around her LA neighborhood on Thursday, reading a book as she walked.

Jordana was dressed for the sunny day in a pretty patterned dress with a gathered waist and calf-length hem.

She added a blue denim jacket and stepped out in lace-up casual shoes.

She left her on hair loose and and wore black-framed spectacles. 

The actress is married to movie producer Andrew Form, 48, and they share two sons, Julian, six, and Rowan, three.

The couple tied the knot after meeting on the set of the 2006 horror movie The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning which he produced and she starred in. 

Their sons were both born via a surrogate. 

The actress’ next movie in the Fast & Furious franchise has been pushed back from its scheduled May release  to April 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

She has a resume that includes TV shows American Crime Story, Secrets And Lies, Lethal Weapon and TNT’s Dallas reboot. But she is best known for her role as Mia in the Fast & Furious big screen franchise.

She first played Mia in 2001’s The Fast And The Furious and has reprised the character in five subsequent films including the yet-to-be-released F9.
