Ryan Phillippe took a brisk jog around his Brentwood neighborhood amid the global coronavirus pandemic on Wednesday. 

While getting his heart rate up, the 45-year-old Cruel Intentions star flashed his bulging biceps and sleeve of tattoos in a black muscle tank and a pair of white basketball shorts. 

The hunky actor, who shares Ava, 20, and Deacon, 16, with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon listened to music through a pair of wireless earbuds and a grey baseball cap.

The father-of-three, who is also a father to eight-year-old daughter Kai from his relationship with Alexis Knapp, appeared in high spirits, as he maintained his fitness under quarantine.  

Despite Los Angeles County’s stay-at-home order extending through May 15, the two-time SAG Award winner neglected to wear a CDC-recommended COVID-19 mask or any protective gear. 

Ryan (born Matthew) completed his sporty altheisure attire with a pair of black and white trainers and an Apple Watch.
