She has been keeping thousands of her followers fit during lockdown by hosting live workouts. 

And Gabby Allen showed off her tanned and toned figure as she taught a high intensity session on Instagram on Thursday.

The Love Island star, 28, who worked as a personal trainer before finding fame on the ITV show, displayed her washboards abs in a tiny black sports bra and matching leggings.  

Gabby wore her hair in braided bunches and enhanced her bronzed tan with a polished make-up look.

The television personality displayed her athleticism as she did a series of jumping lunges, star jumps and bear crawls.   

Gabby recently hit back at trolls who targeted her over her free lockdown workout videos. 

The blonde beauty told her followers: ‘I don’t normally like coming on my story with any sort of negative attitude.

‘I like to just deal with it myself but I just have to say days like this where I can’t just let it go over my head and swallow it and not be bothered by the trolls like…

‘Days like this make me not want to do it anymore. I feel like do you know what I’ll just let everyone else get on with it and I give up. 

‘And then I feel awful because obviously I get so many amazing messages but sometimes I find it so difficult to just ignore it.’  

She did not let the incident ruin her day as she slipped into a fluorescent pink bikini in a series of defiant photos.

The qualified personal trainer flaunted her toned physique and let her blonde tresses flow loosely as she playfully posed in her living room, before thanking fans for their ‘lovely messages of support’ as she soaked up the spring sunshine in her garden.
