She’s a former Olympic swimmer and gold medallist. 

So it comes as no surprise that even while in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic, Stephanie Rice has been keeping fit with at-home workouts. 

The 31-year-old has been sharing her exercise tips and tricks with fans online and even some VERY saucy self-isolation workout selfies.

The brunette beauty isn’t afraid to show off her toned figure online, often stripping off into a crop top and tiny shorts as she works up a sweat.    

Underneath a selfie of herself posted on Instagram last week, Steph wrote a rather cheeky caption online. 

Steph looked flawless as she posed in a khaki sports bra and bike shorts.

‘Same old post-workout selfie, as that’s basically the highlights of my day. Cheeky little reflection in the background too,’ she said, with toned legs and pert derriere being seen in the image. 

Last week, Steph posed in a dark blue crop top with light blue leggings and revealed that she’s been using her own bodyweight to keep fit.

‘Today’s workout was a clear stinga (sic),’ Steph said.

‘Fifteen minutes non-stop bodyweight moves! Ouch! People think bodyweight moves son’t create much of a result… but that’s basically all I do and I love the long, lean, toned feel I get from it.’ 

In one online workout, Steph revealed she had done a series of exercises including plank jumps, push ups, and tricep pulls on her balcony to keep fit. 

Steph is one of Australia’s top athletes, with three Olympic gold medals under her belt.

Since retiring from the pool in 2014, Steph has gone on to release her own book, have her own mentoring program and various swimming programs to help others keep in shape.
