Lauren Goodger was once again displaying her amazing curves in tight black sportswear on Wednesday as she embarked on her daily exercise in Epping Forest.
The ex-TOWIE star, 33, highlighted her toned physique as she ran into a female pal during the walk.
Due to the coronavirus lockdown, Lauren ensured that she was adhering to social distancing rules by keeping two metres away from her friend as they walked through the forest together.

Lauren didn’t seem to have a care in the world as she walked through the forest with her pal, clad in a tight sports vest and matching leggings.
The reality star pulled her brunette tresses into a high bun and carried her essentials in a black leather cross-body bag.
A representative for Lauren clarified that she and her friend kept the appropriate distance of two metres apart during their walk.
They told MailOnline: ‘The woman pictured is Lauren’s friend Jodie she ran into in the forest whilst on a walk. She is not a personal trainer she works in a bank. They kept a social distance and had a brief chat before parting ways.’

When the UK entered lockdown on 23rd March, Prime Minister Boris Johnson advised members of the public to keep a minimum of two metres (or six feet) away from anyone that wasn’t in their household.
Strict measures were also introduced banning any public gatherings of more than two people, with the public only allowed to leave their homes for one form of daily exercise or to collect essential supplies.
While the lockdown is currently set to end on 7th May, it is possible this date could be extended depending on whether the number of coronavirus cases begins to decrease.

It’s been a tough time for Lauren, who was forced to close her beauty salon Lauren’s Way until further notice amid the global health crisis. She wrote on Instagram: ‘We will be closed until further notice.’
She added: ‘But I am still on the Instagram for bookings and planning more beautiful faces for when this COVID-19 passes stay safe.’
Lauren previously joked she’d be ‘pregnant by the end of the week’ if she had a boyfriend to self-isolate with during the coronavirus pandemic.
The star cheekily joked about how she would keep busy with a man if she was forced to stay in ‘quarantine’ with her other-half while the crisis rages on.

The previous day, Lauren appeared in good spirits and good health as she shared images from Christmas Day, which showed her having fun with her loved-ones.
However, things later went downhill when she shared a concerning message in which she claimed she ‘feels like I’m dying’, due to the ‘worst hangover.’
She wrote: ‘Never drink again… worst hangover to date… I feel like I’m dying.’

Shortly afterwards, she uploaded a snap from within an ambulance as she stated she was forced to call paramedics to her home.
Alongside the image, she wrote: ‘Under a lot of stress lately, had paramedics at mine now on way to hospital.. really not good way lately… I need a break’ [sic].
Lauren also shared a clip of her knees trembling beneath a hospital blanket, adding that she ‘can’t stop shaking.’
