Justin Bieber has been riding out his coronavirus quarantine with wife Hailey Bieber at their mansion in Canada.
And on Friday SiriusXM’s Hits 1 LA host Symon talked to the pop superstar about how they’ve been fairing while in sequester.
During the more than six minute Instagram Live interview, Bieber opened up and revealed what show he’s been binging, personal self-care tips to help his mental health, and some of the music he’s been listening to amid the pandemic.

Right off the top, Bieber admitted that he too got caught up in the Tiger King fever, and has been binging the true crime documentary about the life of zookeeper Joe Exotic.
‘Yes I am binging,’ he said, dressed in a white hoodie, before adding, ‘Tiger King is crazy; that whole thing is crazy.’
He also revealed that he and wife Hailey have taken to cooking together on occasion during their sequester.
‘We’re cooking a little bit. We’re lucky we have a chef at home,’ he explained.
‘Yea, Hailey and I have been cooking a little bit. We cooked a penne pasta the other night, that was really good.’

Being very open about his battles with depression and anxiety in recent years, Bieber was asked if he had any tips on maintaining mental health while cooped up in quarantine.
‘Prayer and meditation,’ he said after careful thought.
‘What’s helped me is that I work out a lot; stay physical and stay active. I pray and meditate, things like that.’
He added: ‘I write music, listen to music. Music is very powerful; it can really help you when you’re feeling low.’

When asked if he was listening to anyone specifically, he shot back: ‘I’m listening to that new Travis Scott song,’ which presumably is Scott’s collaboration with Kid Cudi called The Scotts.
He added that the Astroworld star is currently his favorite rapper, but he made sure to slip in a disclaimer that he’s always a Kanye fan.
Bieber wasted little time in sharing his plans once home quarantine becomes a thing of the past.
‘I was thinking of going somewhere warm because we’re in Canada right now and it’s freezing,’ he said.
‘So I was thinking of going to the Bahamas or somewhere warm.’
