Carrie Bickmore is looking for full-time tenants for her $3million Byron Bay home. 

After previously renting the property out for $1,200-a-night to holidaymakers on Airbnb, it’s now listed for $2,200-a-week as coronavirus impacts tourism. 

The 1920s built cottage is currently one of 117 homes up for rent in the northern New South Wales beach town, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

It boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a detached garden studio with a fold down queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. 

The lush garden is surrounded by trees and offers complete privacy, with a 9m pool, heated spa, outdoor bath, copper shower, fire pit, bridge, boat and swing.

Carrie bought the bungalow fully furnished, complete with envy-inducing interiors.

She’s one of many stars to snap up real estate in the bohemian beach-side enclave.

Carrie is based in Melbourne for her duties on The Project, and the savvy star has been able to make a pretty penny on the home in recent years. 

It was previously listed for $1,200-a-night on Airbnb, and could reportedly make up to $10,000 for a week-long stay during peak summer season.  

Real Estate claimed the home was purchased through Carrie’s ‘investment company which is co-directed by her father, Brian, one of the founding members­ of Austereo.’
