Ryan Phillippe, 45, flaunts his toned biceps in a sleeveless tank top…while out on his daily jog

Ryan Phillippe has been hunkering down at home in an attempt to deter the spread of COVID-19.

But on Wednesday, the 45-year-old actor broke free from the confines of isolation to embark on a therapeutic jog around his Pacific Palisades neighborhood. 

Phillippe flaunted his bulging biceps in a black sleeveless tank top that also happened to showcase his extensive arm tattoo. 

Ryan kept his look color coordinated by pairing his muscle tee with some standard black athletic shorts. 

The Cruel Intentions star rounded out his fitness ensemble by slipping his feet into a pair of grey running shoes with yellow laces.

Phillippe trekked swiftly through the desolate streets, while his ears remained plugged into his Apple AirPods.

After his jog, Ryan took to Instagram to give his followers a look at his youthful mug. 

‘Tryna process,’ wrote the I Know What You Did Last Summer actor – in the post seen by his nearly 1million followers.   

Within the same hour, he also gave fans a peak at his current gaming obsession Fortnite and his excitement for the game’s new Travis Scott themed downloadable content. 

Phillippe was formerly married to Hollywood colleague Reese Witherspoon, but the pair called it quits in 2008. They share 20-year-old daughter Ava and 16-year-old son Deacon.

Even with the obstacles caused by the devastating pandemic in terms of socializing, Phillippe has continued to find safe ways to spend time with his children.

Most recently he embarked on an essential errand run with Deacon, which he posted to his Instagram page. ‘safe bois out for essentialz,’ he captioned.

In the photo, Ryan and his look-alike son both donned personal protective equipment that included matching black face masks and their own pairs of disposable gloves. 

Phillippe is also dad to younger daughter Kai Knapp, eight years old, who he shares with actress Alexis Knapp.

After breaking onto the scene in the late ’90s with films like Cruel Intentions in 1999 and 54 the year prior, Phillipe appeared in several highly acclaimed projects, like Gosford Park in 2001 and 2004’s Best Picture Oscar winner Crash.
