Charley is best known for her role as Debbie Dingle on Emmerdale, a role she has played since 2002.

While Jamie’s most famous role is that of hardman Warren Fox in Hollyoaks which he has played on-off since 2006.

Charley is mum to three sons with husband Matthew, welcoming baby Ace in August 2019.

Recently the couple refused to rule out having more children together in the future.

The actress previously admitted she finds her pregnancies ‘tough’ and suffered a traumatic experience when Ace had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck after coming out of the womb.

However the couple told Ok! magazine that they don’t think they’re done just yet, revealing: ‘When we have a night with no sleep, we go, “That’s it, no more!” But we said recently that we can’t see this being the last baby in the house.

Touching on her previous difficult experience, Charley said: ‘I always have really tough pregnancies, that’s the only thing. But I don’t feel like I’m finished. I don’t know how many kids I want, but I think I’ll know when I’m done.

She added: ‘I may not be able to have anymore, so who knows? I feel blessed with three healthy boys so sometimes I feel like it’s greedy having another.’

Charley and Matthew are parents to Buster, nine, Bowie, four and Ace, eight months.

Charley also admitted that she is really enjoying her maternity leave and has no immediate plans to return to Emmerdale.

She revealed that although she plans to take longer than a year off, she is still happy when she is and will return to her role as Debbie Dingle in the future.

The pair initially met on set of Emmerdale, where they both work, when Matthew joined as David Metclaffe in 2006.

Charley and Matthew have been together since 2007 and tied the knot in a surprise wedding in February 2018, after being engaged for nine years.

And while she admits date nights are off the table until they adjust to life with three, Charley shared how much Matthew adores his role as a dad to their boys.

Although his passion for parenting does come with a cost for Charley, that cost meaning she’s in fact the strict one. ‘I’m definitely the strict one,’ she admitted.

‘He’s the more laidback, the fun one. He’s very hands on as a dad and so involved with the kids.’

Charley has grown up on Emmerdale playing Debbie Dingle since 2002, when the then teenage character was fostered by Paddy (Dominic Brunt) and Emily Kirk (Kate McGregor).

Her character has been involved in some of the biggest storylines on the Dales, most recently dealing with the death of Lisa Dingle (Jane Cox), which led to Debbie deciding to move to Scotland to start a new life.

Jamie is father to son Billy, 14, and daughter Polly, 10 – the latter of which he shares with ex wife Kym Marsh.
