And Geordie Shore‘s Dee Nguyen was at it again on Thursday, sharing a surprisingly easy routine to achieve a fit figure like hers.
In her latest demo, Dee did a number of exercises focusing on toning the core and legs.

Dee stripped down to an Under Armour sportsbra and a pair of skintight leggings for her spot of exercise.
The beauty began by doing a slow-paced skip as a warm-up.
The breakout reality star then moved on to leg lifts, focusing on her breathing as she lifted her hips off the ground.

She then moved on to twists, before sit-ups while holding a 10 kilogram weight.
Dee finished off her workout with a side plank, making the move even more challenging by doing a number of arm lifts while holding her core.
The former reality star – who is currently based in Kansas City in Missouri – has been doing a number of home isolation workouts.

She recently shared a clip of herself exercising in a racy string bikini, risking a wardrobe malfunction as she jumped and skipped around in her barely-there costume.
