And Binky Felstead shared her various attempts at a headstand in a funny video posted to Instagram on Thursday.
Taking to her garden, the Made In Chelsea star, 29, joked that she nearly broke her ‘neck and fence’ while partaking in the #upsidedownchallenge to raise money for charity Mask Our Heroes, which provides PPE equipment to NHS frontline staff.

Sharing two videos, one of her first attempt and another of her final headstand, Binky wore a pair of grey joggers, a dark vest and UGG slippers for the challenge.
In the reality star’s first attempt, she spectacularly lost her footing as she hilariously fell to the side.
Yet the final attempt saw Binky successfully do a headstand and even do the splits while holding the balance as she triumphantly jumped in the air afterwards.

An amused Binky said: ‘She was supposed to be going to bed with me’ as she watched the pair go through their yoga routine while Max laughed.
India looked adorable in a pastel pink shirt and rainbow tulle skirt as she got into the workout.

Binky and Max, who is managing director at a global executive search and consulting firm, have been in a relationship since January 2019 after meeting at countryside private members’ club Soho Farmhouse.
In November, the couple took the next step by buying a home together in Barnes, west London, where they live with Binky’s daughter, who she raises alongside her Made In Chelsea co-star ex-boyfriend Josh ‘JP’ Patterson, 30.
The reality star recently admitted the relationship is so serious that she and Max have already discussed having children in the not too distant future.
She told MailOnline in an interview last November: ‘I think you always want what you are one of. I am one of three, so I’ve always had three in my head – girl, boy, girl.’
Asked whether she could see this happening with Max, Binky replied: ‘I wouldn’t be mentioning it [my relationship with Max] if I didn’t think it had any legs. He is really great. I am very happy.’
Binky appeared on Made In Chelsea from its first episode in 2010 through to 2017, during which time she met fellow star JP.
She and ex JP dated on and off from the summer of 2015, when they got together during the Made In Chelsea spin-off season in Los Angeles, to September 2018 when they confirmed their split.
But the reality star admitted it is refreshing to be in a relationship with someone who isn’t in the public eye.

She told MailOnline: ‘He [Max] is just amazing. The first thing I told him was that I’m a mum when he asked me what I did.
‘He is a businessman, he isn’t really into being in the public eye, he just likes to get on with his own stuff.
‘He has a firm he runs in Asia. He is very different. He has a different thing to what I have going on which is nice.
‘He’s very supportive, he gets me, he makes me laugh, we have a giggle and we take the mick out of each other.’
