Prior to going out on the run, she admitted to fans: ‘I’ve got to run, I said to myself I’d do a 5K because I was nominated, but my body is absolutely in bits from running the past few days but I’m going to try, try my hardest.

Malin’s post comes after she revealed that she’s returned to her previous job as a carer for the elderly and terminally ill, after feeling a ‘void’ while away from the sector.

The beauty took to Twitter to make the revelation last week while declaring she felt compelled to help out during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She wrote: ‘So I’ve decided to return to my former job as a carer throughout this horrible period. For those that don’t know I became a carer for the elderly/palliative care after my mum died and it brought me so much satisfaction.

‘I can’t sit at home on my own anymore knowing I have training within the sector. My heart hurts for them, and if I can give something more then what I’m doing – then I am satisfied.’

She added: ‘I’m blessed to be able to work from home and that I’m financially free. I have a roof over my head.I have food.

‘But with all of that something is still missing-that’s me sat here healthy knowing I can do more. Giving to others fills a void that material things can never bring.’
