‘I just moved here after Love Island and obviously its been almost two years now.

‘I just think I want to go back and live with my family and friends that I have had for years, get a bit of support with the dog if I need to go and do something and try and buy a place.

‘I’ve always wanted to wait to meet a guy and buy a house and I think “no I want to buy a flat myself”.

‘It might not be the most amazing thing and I’m sure it will take me like 20 million years to pay off but that is what I want to do so that is really getting me through this [lockdown].

‘I am enjoying being here because I know it is not going to be that long.’

Speaking about coming back regularly, she added: ‘It’s fine and I’ll be down all the time. I mean, I can jump on a flight – I used to be cabin crew – it’s like jumping on a bus!’

Laura also revealed her sadness at being in lockdown alone with just her dog for company as she gets set to celebrate her birthday on Thursday.

She said: ‘I’m just preparing myself for my birthday.

‘Because I have such different groups of friends could I have like a massive app Houseparty thing, I don’t really know.

‘I ordered a dress from Nadine Merabi this white, beautiful dress and I messaged them the other day saying “oh its my birthday I really, really want just to have a birthday dress” I just want to get a picture – I know it sounds silly but…

‘I know some of my neighbours and they’re really close so maybe we can just sit on the balcony!’

Last month, Laura detailed her coronavirus concerns when returning from a trip to Dubai before the lockdown was put in place.

She wrote: ‘I’m at the airport but wishing I wasn’t here.

‘How are hospitals going to cope which such a high volume of cases, whether or not the UK is going to be like Italy soon… it’s just scary isn’t it. I wish there was more information about we could do rather than wash hands.

‘The reason I am not wearing a mask, reading up on it, it doesn’t do anything unless you’ve got it and it prevents you from giving it to anyone else.

‘It’s hand washing that I am doing, I wish there was something else… what can you do, other than not travel obviously, but it is everywhere.’

Laura went on to add: ‘People are saying don’t travel today, it’s a pandemic. I don’t know, I feel like I can’t do anything right at the minute.’

The reality star went on to share a video of herself in First Class on the plane with a bottle of anti-bac gel, she penned: ‘I stink of alcohol and not in a good way.’
