Phoebe Burgess enjoyed a low-key 31st birthday on Saturday, at her parents’ idyllic farm in Bowral, New South Wales.
And while the former journalist was pampered by her loved ones, estranged husband Sam Burgess looked to be keeping an eye on their daughter.
In a photo shared to Instagram, the 31-year-old footballer enjoyed quality time with three-year-old Poppy.

‘Wassup G’s (sic). We hope you’re all staying safe and looking after yourselves,’ Sam wrote in the post’s caption.
‘Nothing much happening here,’ he added alongside a smirking emoji.
In the picture, the retired NRL star dressed casually and cuddled up to Poppy, whore wore a floral ensemble and made a playful expression for the camera.

Phoebe was pictured wearing a grey and red tie-dyed cotton-jersey T-shirt from Aries, with skinny-leg white jeans.
The brand ambassador accessorised with square-framed sunglasses, styled her blonde locks out and showed off a bronzed complexion.

She shares both children with estranged husband Sam, who she wed in 2015.
The couple split for a second time in October last year. They initially separated in December 2018.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison and immunologists have urged Australians to stay at home unless absolutely necessary, amid the health crisis.
Mr Morrison however has said it’s quite okay to get out for fresh air once a day.
