Fearne Cotton shares throwback snap from her days on the Disney Club show featuring a baby-faced Reggie Yates as she reminisces about the 90’s

She’s had an illustrious parenting career, spanning over 20 years.

And Fearne Cotton shared a throwback snap from her earliest TV gig on GMTV’s early morning children’s show The Disney Club on Instagram on Saturday.

The 38-year-old’s retro snap featured a baby-faced Reggie Yates, 36, who also appeared on the 90’s show.

In the image, Fearne could be seen kneeling down at the front, clutching a ‘Disney Club’ sign with her co-star.

The presenter sported a longer tresses and a fringe, with Fearne smiling away in a yellow and navy sports top.

Meanwhile, Reggie, who appeared on the show under the name of Robbie, could be seen in the back row among his peers, flashing a huge grin as he posed for the camera.

The former Celebrity Juice star kicked off her career in 1996, at the tender age of 15, when she hosted Disney Club after winning a competition.

Fearne decided to post the snap in honour of her radio series Sounds of the 90’s, which features interviews and songs from the decade.

She captioned the image: ‘In honour of this weeks Sounds of the 90’s on @bbcsounds here is a photo from Disney Club. A harsh fringe and omnipresent grin! Must be the 90’s.’

And it seems that Reggie was just as stunned by the old school picture as fans as he soon commented: ‘Sweet. Baby. Jesus.’

This isn’t the first time that Fearne has posted a throwback snap featuring her pal and long-time presenting partner.

In March she shared a series of nostalgic pictures as she lamented struggling to sleep amid the nationwide lockdown.

Among the snaps shared was one which showed her smiling away with fellow presenter Reggie back in the day.

Fearne’s retro snaps were flooded with messages from fans, including Reggie himself who commented of his photo: ‘I. HAVE. NEVER. SEEN. THIS. PHOTO.’

Meanwhile, Fearne recently revealed that she’ll ‘miss’ spending so much quality time with her husband Jesse Wood and children Rex and Honey when COVID-19 isolation is finally over, stating that she’ll ‘never get to do this with them again.’

In an interview with Grazia, Fearne discussed how she’s balancing life with her husband and two young children permanently around while still recording her podcast Happy place and BBC Radio 2 show Sounds of the 90s.

And while she joked Rex, seven and four-year-old Honey were driving her ‘up the wall’ and that she sometimes has ‘barneys’ her musician partner Jesse, 47, she wouldn’t have it any other way.

She told the publication: ‘My kids are in the next room and have been screaming at me and my husband all morning.

‘They drive me up the wall, but I know that I’ll miss having them here every day. I’ll never get to do this with them again.

‘And I’ll miss my husband being here – although we’ve had the odd barney, like everyone.’
