Jennifer Love Hewitt lists Pacific Palisades pad for $4.1m

Now, the Ghost Whisperer star is putting her original property on the housing market, asking for a hefty sum of $4,199,000, according to a report by TMZ.

Still, it will certainly be a tempting offer with those who can afford it, as the contemporary home boasts a prime location situated in the affluent LA neighbourhood.

Jennifer recently purchased a larger property in Pacific Palisades for $6 million, which is perhaps why she is now eager to let go of this one, which she reportedly snapped up for $3.25 million in 2013.

Other fancy features of the property include high ceilings, a butterfly roof, and a master suite with dressing room that leads on to a private patio area.

The garden certainly has a tranquil vibe, and while it doesn’t appear to offer any sweeping views – it does promise privacy.

Meanwhile, it seems Jennifer is already onto bigger and better things with her new property.

There will be plenty of room for the couple and their two children – Autumn, six, and Atticus, four – as the property boats six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.

There are floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors on the ground floor and French doors opening to a terrace overlooking the grassy backyard on the second floor.

Though the residence leans on the traditional and showcases whimsical minimalism, it also includes various modern luxuries.
